Core Development Program

7 Senses Pediatric Rehabilitation Center offers a structured Core Development Program (CDP) designed to enhance cognitive, social, linguistic, and behavioral skills, helping children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental challenges reach their full potential.

Empowering Whole-Child Growth Through Targeted Developmental Support

The Core Development Program (CDP) at 7 Senses is a holistic intervention designed to support cognitive, social, behavioural, language, and emotional growth in children facing developmental delays and neurodiverse challenges.

A holistic plan for cognitive and social growth

The Core Development Program (CDP) is a comprehensive, structured therapy plan tailored to support children with developmental delays, learning differences, or neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism, ADHD, or Sensory Processing Disorder.

Unlike single-modality therapies, CDP integrates cognitive, social, behavioural, linguistic, and emotional interventions into one coordinated approach. It bridges the gap between therapies like ABA and Occupational Therapy by addressing multiple areas of development at once.

CDP uses guided play, structured tasks, and interactive activities to enhance communication, problem-solving, attention, and emotional regulation—empowering children to better engage with their environment, learn new skills, and function more confidently in everyday settings.

For kids facing developmental and learning delays

CDP is designed for children who struggle with more than one developmental domain. It is especially effective for those with combined cognitive, behavioural, sensory, or social challenges.

This program benefits children who:

  • Have delayed speech, limited vocabulary, or difficulty forming sentences
  • Avoid eye contact or struggle with social interaction and play
  • Show signs of cognitive delays or slow learning pace
  • Struggle with problem-solving or following instructions
  • Display attention difficulties or frequent meltdowns
  • Experience motor or sensory processing issues (e.g., poor coordination, sensory overload)
  • Have difficulty adapting to routines or expressing emotions

Need support with self-help skills like eating, dressing, or toileting

CDP provides the foundational support these children need to grow across all developmental areas.

Personalised plans that target total development

At 7 Senses, our Core Development Program is rooted in empathy, structure, and evidence-based methods. We combine insights from occupational therapy, behavioural science, and early childhood development to design a plan that meets your child’s specific needs.

Here’s how we support your child:

  • Personalised sessions blending communication, behaviour, and motor skill goals
  • Play-based learning to develop reasoning and attention
  • Social skill-building through guided group and peer interaction
  • Techniques to enhance emotional regulation and adaptability
  • Regular progress tracking and caregiver involvement

A safe, sensory-friendly environment that promotes comfort and engagement

Our goal is to help children progress at their own pace—while building confidence, capability, and joy in learning.
